About these terms

The website and the WoodMart theme are made by XTemos Studio (“we”, “us”). These terms cover the website. The theme itself is covered by the license you receive when you buy it, described below.

Buying and licensing

WoodMart is sold on ThemeForest, part of Envato Market. The purchase, the payment and the license are governed by Envato’s terms and the ThemeForest license you choose at checkout:

• A Regular license covers one end product, such as one online store, for you or one client.
• A new store, or a second client, needs another license.
• The PHP code is released under the GNU GPL; images, design files and other assets bundled with the theme are not, and come under the ThemeForest license.
• The purchase code activates the theme and unlocks updates and support for the site it is registered on.

Prices on this site are shown for convenience. The price, taxes and currency shown on ThemeForest at checkout are the ones that apply.

Refunds

Refund requests follow Envato’s refund rules and our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Support and updates

A purchase includes 6 months of support, which can be extended on ThemeForest, and free lifetime theme updates. Support covers help with the theme’s features and fixing bugs in it. It does not include custom development, third-party plugins or problems caused by changes to the theme’s code. Support is provided on our forum.

Content on this site

Text, design, screenshots, graphics and videos on this website belong to XTemos Studio or are used with permission. You may link to any page and quote short passages with a link back. You may not copy the site, its articles or its documentation in bulk, or present them as your own.

WoodMart is our trademark. WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, ThemeForest and other names belong to their owners and are used here only to describe compatibility.

Prebuilt websites and demos

The live demos show what can be built with WoodMart. Products, prices and stores in them are fictional and nothing there can be bought. Photos in the demos are for preview: before you launch, replace them with images you have the right to use. You are responsible for the content you publish on your own store.

Comments

You are responsible for what you post in blog comments. Keep it on topic and lawful: no spam, advertising, abuse, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights. We may edit or remove any comment, and by posting you allow us to display it on this site.

Acceptable use

• Do not try to break into, overload or disrupt the website or its server.
• Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors.
• Do not use the site to distribute malware, or nulled or pirated copies of WoodMart.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Third-party sites

This site links to ThemeForest, xtemos.com, plugin authors, social networks and other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and liability

We work to keep the information here accurate, but the website is provided “as is”: features, compatibility and numbers may change between theme versions, and the changelog and documentation are the reference for a given release. To the extent the law allows, XTemos Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website, such as lost profits or data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
